They conducted thorough investigations, including mushroom sheds, garlic, chilli pepper, long beans, corn,  soybeans fields and livestock farms, like black-haired pig and dairy cow farms to the chicken farms and beekeeping sites – part of their effort to develop a sustainable “from Amish farm to table” model to increase value and bring Amish agricultural products to a broader audience.
