On May 18, 2025, Peter Chang Restaurant Group proudly marks its 10th anniversary—a decade defined by culinary innovation, uncompromising quality, and heartfelt hospitality. In celebration of this milestone, we are honored to unveil a limited-edition gift of distinction: Osmanthus Tieguanyin, a premium tea that reflects the same commitment to excellence found in every dish we serve.

Crafted using a 300-year-old traditional scenting technique from Anxi, this tea is a masterpiece refined by a nationally recognized tea artisan with over 40 years of dedication. It features golden osmanthus blossoms from 400-year-old trees, delicately blended with aged Tieguanyin oolong to create a fragrance and flavor that are truly rare.

Just as Peter Chang sources only the finest Amish-raised ingredients for our kitchens, we now bring the same high standards to our tea offerings. This Osmanthus Tieguanyin is the finest of its kind, highlighting golden osmanthus—known as the “Queen of Osmanthus”—for its refined aroma and elegant sweetness.

Upon first sip, you’re transported to an autumn lane filled with blooming osmanthus. Its mellow, silky texture and bright amber hue give way to a lingering floral aftertaste—pure, graceful, and deeply comforting.
