Chef Peter Chang’s Amish香菇海鲜酱受邀参加纽约博览会

At the invitation of the New York State Department of Agriculture, Chef Peter Chang’s Amish Shiitake Seafood Sauce is participating in the New York Expo.

The award-winning Amish Shiitake Seafood Sauce was developed by Chef Peter Chang in September 2020, passed inspection by the New York State Food Safety Department in November 2020, and began mass production on its own assembly line in 2023. Last year, it entered mainstream supermarkets such as Wegmans and Taste NY in New York.

As the first shiitake sauce product produced in the United States, the Amish Shiitake Seafood Sauce is fully supported by three parties: the continuous supply of Amish (shiitake) ingredients, Chef Peter Chang’s meticulous development, and the supervision of an expert team from Cornell University.

The sauce contains no harmful food additives (preservatives), ensuring superior quality and safe consumption. It can be enjoyed according to your dietary preferences with rice, fried rice, noodles, stir-fried dishes, or as a condiment for buns and bread.
